VLAD IN TEARS are three brothers: Kris (vox,
piano), Lex (guitar) and Dario "D." (bass). Additionally on the drums their
best friend Alex.
The italien quartet presented itself in a pretty
melancholic way on its last single "you will burn my dream" from its
third and last album "Underskin" - now it's time for a change. Old and
new fans will be suprised about their new style, their new kind of sound and
music. Everything will be more powerful, more rock, more alternative. More

After a long and hard process, VLAD IN TEARS now
call themselves V.I.T. which also has to do because of their changing -
deep black and gothic tragedys are over - "we know where we come from and this
is what we are, inspite of that we felt to appear more fresh, without crying,
without tears but still with a lot of feeling. We don't wanna be a glam-gothic
band which some journalists claim that we were. Honestly we've never been such
a band. Everyone changes in his life, due to many reasons. A lot of things
happened in 2010, we worked so hard, every single day. We met in our own studio
day by day to write new songs, create new ideas, improve our songs...", tells
guitarist and intern bandleader Lex. "We recognized that we changed during this
whole process. We got harder and harsher during the last two years which a good
feeling, but now it's time to show to our people."
Star producer John
Fryer (Depeche Mode, NIN, HIM etc.) was pushing the buttons at the last Album
which was an amazing experience, but this time Kris himself produced the whole
new Album. He didn't want to be bended. All songs were recorded and produced in
their own home studio. Day by day and night by night.
V.I.T.
have their finger on the pulse of current affairs. Not less than 200
succesful shows were played during the last 24 months, even in the land of pop
V.I.T. performed more than 50 shows.
One of their last singles "my
wreck" became a solid club hit. The german rock DJs voted the single at the
"D.A.T.20" charts (german alternative trendcharts) from #0 directly into the
Top 10. and beside that V.I.T. can tell that they reached 1.6mio myspace
downloads. This is what it is - there's no way to escape from
V.I.T.
Founded in 2005 doesn't mean that this band is quite new.
The three brothers started to play instruments when they were children so it
was clear very fast that later on they will start to play in a band together.
Finally Bassist „D“ Dario puts it in a nutshell, "Music is
our live, we can't imagine a life without music. It's our sole, it's in our
midst. It's our drink of life, it's even in our dreams. So if you think about
the fact that singer Kris wrote every lyrics and melodies in just one night in
a kind of vision, then you'll understand that V.I.T. isn't just a band.
V.I.T. IS music.
